I'm a tenured Executive Recruiter with 20 years of experience reviewing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles and industries. I’ve screened thousands of resumes, prepped hundreds of candidates, and worked directly with hiring managers who decide who gets interviews.
Before recruiting, I built my career in Big 4 and corporate finance environments. That experience gives me a practical understanding of how roles are evaluated in practice, not just how they’re described, and directly informs how I write resumes and prep interviewees with a focus on scope, complexity, and decision-making, particularly for accounting, finance, corporate, and leadership roles.
I also partner with companies to attract, evaluate, and hire talent efficiently. I help businesses develop compelling job descriptions, optimize employer branding, and pre-screen candidates so you focus only on the best fits.
